Please read following terms and policy of use agreement of MetalTradeMarket. These uses of agreement describe all policy of use of our website and we believe that our user(s) have already read this agreement and accept all our terms and policies.
Acceptance of Terms:
Your acceptance of our terms means that the services you subscribe are bound by MetalTradeMarket.com terms and conditions. Also you are agreed that the modification in our terms and conditions shall be automatically effective immediately without any prior notice. You are using our service signify the acceptance our terms and conditions. If at any stage you are not agreed to our terms and condition, you must stop using our service.
MetalTradeMarket is just an E-Platform:
We are just an electronic platform that helps buyers and sellers to interact with each other to buy and sell their products or services.
We are not participating in any actual transaction between buyers and sellers and we do not endorse any guarantee about any transaction or fraud. You are the only liable for any transaction that you do with other members. Your acceptance of this agreement signify that MetalTradeMarket.com is not responsible for any dispute between you and other members, we do not force or recommend any of the listed companies to trade with and if you have any dispute with your trading company then MetalTradeMarket.com will not entertain such complain and claims.
Adding your products:
When you are registering your company to sell your products you must agree that
1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your products and your company to display on our website.
2. Do necessary updation in your service, product or company information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
3. We reserved the rights to terminate or suspend any account that provide illegal, inaccurate information without any refund.
4. If you have registered with us on behalf of any company then you must have authority to add their products and services and you are liable for any misleading information.
Money Back Policy
We offer three different paid plans to promote your business. Once you subscribe for any of the paid plan and if you want to terminate your account in that case we will not pay any refund to you. Once we received payment for featured listing in any case we will not give any refund. But you can upgrade your plan anytime with the additional cost applicable for up-gradation. All listing approvals are subjected to manual verification and if we find any misleading information we will reject your submission. In this case also we will not provide any refund.
